Simple Ultrasonic Range Finder

Here is a simple Ultrasonic Range Finder for your robot projects. It is composed of a transmit part and receive part. The transmit part is a 555 timer in astable mode set to 40Khz. The Receive part the bulk of the circuit. It is composed of an amplifier, a peak detector and a comparator.
